New Years Eve 2021, we were visiting family in New Smryna Beach.  We went for a walk and stumbled by this little broken down home that was "For Sale".  It was so close to the beach but in dire need of a renovation.  It was only a 2 bed/ 1 bathroom.  Needless to say, we bought it!  We began renovating it immediately and converted it into a 3 bed/ 2 bath.  Every stud in it is new!  We want to share our blood, sweat, and tears with our family, friends, and friends of friends!!  I think the most fun thing about our home is the furnishings.  I think every piece of wall decor was provide by one of ya'll!!
